Micro Metalsmiths Ltd is an
experienced ISO 9001 approved designer and manufacturer of
ultra-precision investment cast metal parts that find applications
in all fields of engineering. Based in Yorkshire in the UK for over
30 years, they have a state of the art foundry where they produce
more than two million cast parts per year.
Micro Metalsmiths is unique in
combining microwave design expertise with precision casting to
produce a wide range of standard and custom waveguide components
for the radio link market.
Products include filters and diplexers manufactured to the customer's
electrical specifications up to 40 GHz, as well as OMTs, antenna feeds
and assemblies.
Prototypes and small volume orders are manufactured by precision
machining while the investment casting process is used for
high-volume components.
